Reliable Access
- We need accessible, year-round opportunities to inform city officials about the needs in our communities
- We need pathways for homeless, undocumented, non-English speaking, disabled residents, and all others to share their needs.
Public Resources
- We deserve fair and dependable resources for neighborhood associations so they can better serve their neighborhoods
- We deserve generous and long-term investment in public goods like parks, libraries, community centers, and public transportation, and other public infrastructure
- We deserve a commitment to resource and experiment with non-violent alternatives to policing and emergency response
Collective Control
- We demand an end the near total control the Mayor has over the city budget
- We demand city councilors regain the power to make changes to the city budget that best meet the needs of the people they represent
- We demand that participatory budgeting be implemented so residents have direct influence and control over how the city spends their tax dollars
